You must be at least 19 years of age to use Terpa, in accordance with the Cannabis Act and applicable provincial legislation. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Terpa is a personal wellness journal and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Terpene information is for educational purposes only and is based on publicly available research. Consult a healthcare professional before making decisions about cannabis use.
You own your data. We provide tools to export and delete your information at any time. Your personal information is handled in accordance with PIPEDA. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Pro subscriptions are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Refunds follow Stripe's standard refund policy.
Use Terpa only for lawful personal wellness tracking purposes in accordance with the Cannabis Act and applicable provincial laws. Do not use the service to facilitate illegal activity.
Terpa, its logo, and all content are the property of Terpa. You retain ownership of all journal entries and personal data you create within the service.
Terpa is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by the service, including terpene profiles and AI-generated recommendations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
